A little more to know

Your questions.

Can I enter POMONA 100 yet?

Public entries open on 10 October 2026. Entry is £205. But there’s already a little enchantment hidden here for curious adventurers. Follow a four-leaf clover to find your way in. A hundred miles of wonder, with considerably fewer clicks to enter.

When is the event?

11 June 2027, starting in Chepstow at a devilish 8pm. A perfectly sensible time to begin a hundred-mile adventure, if your idea of sensible is a little unusual.

Where does the adventure begin?

Chepstow is the planned start and finish area. You leave from Chepstow, have a rather substantial wander, and return to Chepstow. The specific venue will be confirmed with the event information.

What is the route like?

100 miles with 10,000ft of elevation gain. From Chepstow, head through the Wye Valley and borderlands towards the Malvern Hills, then return via May Hill and the Forest of Dean. Expect woodland trails, open ridgelines and a few opportunities to question your hobbies. Final navigation files will be released before the event.

How long do I have to finish?

A very generous 50 hours. Plenty of time for an adventure; still slightly longer than your average weekend stroll.

What facilities are available at checkpoints?

Indoor checkpoints are planned approximately every 10 miles, with toilets, shelter, food and drink. A roof, a refuel and a moment to remember why you thought this was a brilliant idea.

What do finishers receive?

A limited-edition POMONA 100 belt buckle and an enchanting medal. Tangible proof that “just popping out for a run” got wonderfully out of hand.

Is POMONA 100 part of the ONA Series, and do we still get an axe?

Yes to both! POMONA 100 is part of the ONA Series. Complete all three 100-mile races — EPONA 100, SIRONA 100 and POMONA 100 — to earn your ONA Series axe. Three adventures, 300 miles and one rather excellent conversation starter.

Will there ever be another Divona 100?

What is the Divona 100?
